Since 2022, I've helped evolve LoftOS at Innoloft, a platform used by thousands of organizations to manage relationships across customers, partners, and communities. I own features end-to-end, from unclear requirements to rollout, iteration, and support.

That ownership means being accountable for failures, not just delivery. In production, most issues come from unclear state ownership and fragile data flow, not rendering performance. I focus on architecture and failure-path design where systems break.
